摘　　要：采用公开竞聘选拔护士长是目前一些医院人事制度改革的一项重要举措。撰写一篇好的竞聘演讲稿是取得护士长竞聘演讲成功的关键。撰写演讲稿包括两个过程:一是准备过程,包括调查研究分析收集整理资料;二是撰写过程。演讲稿分为三个部分,即标题、称谓、正文,其中正文中工作思路部分是演讲稿的重点。撰写演讲稿应忌抄袭、雷同,忌大话、套话,忌主观臆断,忌面面俱到,忌弄虚作假,忌狂妄傲慢。Competition for head nurses was an important measure in personnel affair system reformation in some hospitals at present and a good speech was the key to succeed in the competition. There were two periods to prepare for a speech： one was preparation, such as investigation and collecting information, the other was writing. A speech included three sections： title, the form of address and text, and text was the most important. When walling a speech, it should not be saane as others, unreal, and false.
