老年人血压昼夜变化稳定性的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人血压昼夜变化的稳定性。方法对32例无高血压病的老年人和35例服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压的老年高血压病患者进行3次动态血压检测(每次间隔12个月),比较两组3年夜间血压下降百分比的变化。结果32例无高血压病的老年人和35例服用氨氯地平片降压的老年高血压病患者,3次夜间血压下降百分比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论老年人的血压昼夜变化具有良好的稳定性。Objective To explore the stability of nocturnal blood pressure variation among the aged. Methods A continual 3 times （ 12 months intervals） of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were performed on 32 normal blood pressure aged and 35 hypertensive aged who had taken amlodipine. 3 nocturnal reduction rates （NRR） of two groups were compared. Results There were no significantly difference in 3 NRR between two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The circadian rhythm of blood pressure has good stability.
