摘　　要：积极推进“电子党务”建设,将党务党建工作置于先进的网络技术平台,是我们党在新形势下继续发展壮大、实现与时俱进目标的必然选择。发展“电子党务”在很大程度上扩大了党内民主的涵盖面,增强了党内民主的辐射力,对推动广大民众和普通党员民主参与、民主监督我们的党务党建工作以及对党的决策的民主化、科学化有着十分重要的意义。To be active in implementing ＂electronic party affairs＂ and put party affairs and party building on the platform of advanced network technology is a logical choice while the Party continues to develop, strengthen and fight for its goal of keeping pace with the times in the new situations. The development of ＂electronization of party affairs＂ helps expand inner- party democracy and strengthen the radiation effect of inner- party democracy to a great extent. It helps promote the general public＇s and ordinary party members＇ democratic participation in and their supervision over the work of party affairs and party building, and it also has great significance for democratization and scientization of the Party＇ s decision - making.
