摘　　要：国际贸易的发展带来了国际贸易理论的演变和发展。保护贸易主义和自由贸易主义是经济学家历来长期争论不休的两种理论。两种理论的演替带来贸易政策的交替使用。随着加入W TO,中国已融入世界经济大潮,需要对国际贸易理论和政策的演替进行研究,以为我所用,促进中国对外贸易发展。The development of international trade brings about the evolution and development of international trade theories. Trade Protectionism and Trade Liberalism are the two long-disputed theories among economists, the evolution of which causes altemative employments of international trade policies. With China＇s entry into WTO, China has immersed into the world economic tide. It is of great necessity to study the evolution of international theories and policies in order to take advantage of them and promote China＇s international trade.
