摘 要:目的:观察氦氖激光穴位照射对缺氧缺血性脑损伤新生大鼠体质量、学习和记忆能力的影响。方法:实验于2003-12/2004-05在郑州大学基础医学院人体解剖学实验室进行,①取7d龄Wistar大鼠56只随机分为假手术组(12只)、模型组(12只)、激光非穴位照射组(16只)、激光穴位照射组(16只)4组。除假手术组外,其他3组大鼠结扎新生鼠左颈总动脉后,再吸入低浓度氧(体积分数为0.08的O2,体积分数为0.92的N2)制成缺氧缺血性脑损伤大鼠模型,氦氖激光照射治疗于模型制备后第2天开始,穴位及非穴位定位参照大鼠常用的针灸穴位。②模型制备前12h、后3,10,22d记录各组大鼠体质量。③大鼠于第2疗程结束后(每个疗程10d,疗程间隔2d)第2和3天做迷宫实验,用Y-型迷宫检测各组大鼠条件反射形成的次数代表其学习记忆能力。④迷宫实验后取脑进行微管关联蛋白2免疫组织化学染色。结果:56只大鼠全部进入结果分析。①体质量:模型组大鼠增长速度明显低于其他各组,而激光穴位照射组虽稍低于假手术组但比模型组和激光非穴位照射组增长快。②激光穴位照射组大鼠的条件反射产生次数低于模型组和激光非穴位照射组(P<0.05),与假手术组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。③激光穴位照射组微管关联蛋白2阳性染色的表达明显高于模型组和激光非穴位照射组。结论:氦氖激光穴位照射对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤具有确切的保护作用,能够促进大鼠生长发育,提高其学习记忆能力,且具有明显的穴位特异性。AIM: To study the effects of He-Ne laser irradiating at acupoints on body mass, learning and memory ability of neonatal rats with ischemia-hypoxia brain injury. METHODS: The experiment was completed at the Laboratory of Human Anatomy, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Zhengzhou University from December 2003 to May 2004. ① Totally 56 Wistar rats with 7 days old were divided randomly into sham operation group (n=12), model group (n=12), non-laser irradiation group (n=16) and laser irradiation group (n=16). Left common earotid artery of neonatal, rats except in sham operation group was ligated and oxygen at low concentration (0.08 volume fraction of O2 and 0.92 volume fraction of N2) was breathed to establish ischemia-hypoxia brain injury rat models. From the second day of modeling, He-Ne laser irradiation was treated on rats, and acupoints and non-acupoints were determined as the general acupoints of rats.② Body mass of rats in each group was recorded 12 hours before modeling, 3, 10 and 22 days after modeling. ③ Rats suffered from maze test on the second and third days after the second course (10 days were regarded as a course, interval period was 2 days), Times of conditioned reflex tested by Y maze were represented as learning and memory ability. ④ Brain was stained by microtubule association pretein-2 (MAP2) immunohistochemical staining after maze test. RESULTS: Totally 56 rats entered the final analysis. ① Body mass: Increasing rate df rats in model group was lower than that in other groups; in addition, that in laser irradiation group was lower than that in sham operation group, but was higher than that in model group and non-laser irradiation group. ② Times of conditioned reflex of rats in laser irradiation group were less than those in model group and non-laser irradiation group (P 〈 0.05), and there was not significant difference laser irradiation group and sham operation group (P 〉 0.05). ③ Expression of MAP2 positive staining in laser irrad
