摘 要:目的:观察中药落地生根对小鼠血液系统及免疫功能的调节作用。方法:实验于2005年在滨州医学院免疫教研室完成。实验用落地生根水溶液由滨州医学院药理教研室制备,内含枸橼酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、延胡索酸、乙醛酸、丙酮酸、草乙酸等14种氨基酸和槲皮素-3-双阿托伯糖甙及紫云英甙等。实验选用清洁级昆明种小鼠56只,随机分为高剂量落地生根组、低剂量落地生根组、地塞米松组和生理盐水组,每组14只。高剂量落地生根组采用800mL/L落地生根水溶液(0.01mL/g)灌胃;低剂量落地生根组用500mL/L落地生根水溶液(0.01mL/g)灌胃;地塞米松组给予5mL/L地塞米松(0.01mL/g)灌胃;生理盐水组给予等量的生理盐水灌胃。1次/d,灌胃15d后观察落地生根对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖、白细胞介素2、骨髓细胞增殖反应以及血液系统的影响。结果:56只小鼠全部纳入结果分析。①高浓度的落地生根明显促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应,与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);低浓度的落地生根对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应无明显的影响;地塞米松组与生理盐水组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。②高浓度的落地生根能促进细胞因子白细胞介素2的产生,与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);低浓度的落地生根对白细胞介素2的产生无明显的影响;地塞米松组与生理盐水组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。③落地生根对骨髓细胞增殖反应无明显影响;地塞米松组与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。④高浓度落地生根组血小板的浓度为(711.33±234.05)×109L-1,生理盐水组为(684.20±539.53)×109L-1,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),低浓度落地生根对血小板浓度无明显影响。结论:中药落地生根可以增强小鼠的免疫功能,并有促进血液凝固的作用。AIM: To observe the effect of Chinese herb luodi shcnggen on regulating blood system and immunological function of mice. METHODS: The experiment was completed in the Immunological Department of Binzhou Medical College in 2005. Luodi shenggen solution provided by Pharmacological Department of Binzhou Medical College contained 14 kinds of amino acids, such as citric acid, apple acid, suecinate, fumaric acid, glyoxylic acid, pyruvic acid, grass-acetic acid, etc., quercetin-3-double-Atop-glycoside and astragulin. Totally 56 Kunming mice of clean grade were divided randomly into luodi shenggen high- and low-dosage groups, dexacortal group and saline group with 14 in each group. Mice were perfused with 800 mL/L luodi shenggen solution (0.01 mL/g) in high-dosage group, with 500 mL/L luodl shenggen solution (0.01 mL/g) in low-dosage group, with 5 mL/L dexacortal (0.01 mL/g) in dexacortal group, and the same volume saline in saline group, once a day for 15 days. Then, it was observed the effect of luodi shenggen on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte, interleukin-2 (IL-2), proliferation of bone marrow and blood system. RESULTS: Totally 56 mice entered the final analysis.① Luodi shenggen at high concentration could promote proliferation of spleen lymphocyte, and there was significant difference from that in saline group (P 〈 0.01), but luodi shenggen at low concentration did not have effect on proliferation of spleen lymphocyte. There was significant difference between dexacortal group and saline group (P 〈 0.05). ② Luodi shenggen at high concentration could promote IL-2 production, and there was significant difference from that in saline group (P 〈 0.05), but luodi shenggen at low concentration did not have effect on IL-2 production. There was no significant difference between dexacortal group and saline group (P 〉 0.05). ③ Luodi shenggen did not have effect on proliferation of bone marrow, and there was significant difference between dexacortal group and saline group
