摘 要:目的:回顾有关中医证候动物模型建立、中药复方药理研究和中药的整体调节效应研究结果,对建立中医证候动物模型及中药复方药理研究中存在的问题进行反思,对今后工作提出建议。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库中的相关论文,以2000/2005年发表的关于中医证候动物模型建立、中药复方药理研究及中药的整体调节作用文献为主,并结合以往所做工作,对中医证候动物模型建立以及中药复方药理研究和中药的整体调节效应进行探讨。结果:目前中医药研究采用的动物模型,均为模拟现代医学发病原理进行复制,很难对模型进行证候划分,影响了中药复方″方证对应″治疗特色的发挥。中药复方有效活性物质的提取,药物有效组分间协同作用的评价,尚有许多工作需要开展。结论:中医证候动物模型的建立,应尽量贴近中医学理论,寻求现代医学病症和中医辨证分型之间的内在联系,通过建立中医证候的客观综合指标体系,进而复制出符合该指标体系的中医证候动物模型。以此为基础,选择对证治疗药物,从方证对应的角度着手用药,可以深入系统地阐明中药复方的体内作用机制,为找寻中医″证″的实质提供新的方案和手段。由于中药复方组成复杂,如何准确把握中药复方中发挥药理作用的有效活性物质,客观评价药物有效组分间的协同作用,仍然是目前中药复方药理学研究亟待解决的问题。AIM:To review the investigations in the animal modeling of syndrome in Chinese medicine, the pharmacology of traditional Chinese prescription and the regulation of traditional Chinese drugs on entire body, think of the existent problems in researches about setting up animal models of syndrome in Chinese medicine and the pharmacology of traditional Chinese prescrip- tion, and also raise some suggestions for further study. METHODS: The related papers were retrieved from Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Chinese Technological Periodicals Full-text Database. The majority of the literatures were published from 2000 to 2005, whose content were about the animal modeling of syndrome in Chinese medicine and the pharmacological researches in traditional Chinese prescription and the regulation of traditional Chinese drugs on entire body, This paper discussed above fields by linking the work done before. RESULTS: Presently, all the animal models adopted in the investigations in Chinese medicine were duplicated based on etiopathogenisis in modern medicine, so it was very difficult to divide them into different syndromes, which therefore gave an impact to the treatment principle of traditional Chinese prescription which was correspondence of prescription-syndrome. There still exists many researches need to be developed in extracting active compound from traditional Chinese prescription and evaluating the cooperation among the active components in prescriptions. CONCLUSION: The animal modeling of syndrome in Chinese medicine should be close to the Chinese medicine theories as mush as possible. The internal connection between modern medicine symptoms and syndromes differentiation in Chinese medicine should be figured out and the objective integrated indexes system of Chinese medicine syndrome should be set up, and then animal models of syndrome in Chinese medicine which are coincident with the system could be duplicated.
