涡轮叶片精铸模具CAD系统实例库的设计与研究

摘　　要：对基于实例推理的涡轮叶片精铸模具CAD系统的核心内容——实例库进行了较深入的研究,给出了涡轮叶片精铸模具的实例表达、实例组织、实例存储和检索的方法,为基于实例推理的涡轮叶片精铸模具CAD系统的实现打下了良好的基础。Purpose. To our best knowledge, we are the first in China to offer an instance base for CAD system of investment casting mould used in gas turbine blade manufacture; such an instance base, we hope, can meet the urgent need of PRC gas turbine manufacturers for full exploitation of past experience in investment casting mould design proven to be successful. In the full paper ,we explain in much detail the abovermentioned first Chinese instance base; here we just list the five topics discussed in our detailed explanation： （1） case-based reasoning （CBR） for CAD system of investment casting mould used in gas turbine blade manufacture; （2） the description of each instance in instance base for CAD system of investment casting mould used in gas turbine blade manufacture; （3） the organization of all instances; （4） the storage of all instances; （5） the searching for useful instances.
