巴彦浩特镇基准地价结构变动分析

摘　　要：本文在分析巴彦浩特镇土地定级估价的基本特点的基础上,根据历年基准地价的测算数值,测算并分析级别平均地价、分类平均地价、同类各级地价环比指数、同类各级地价比率指数,为了更能达到直观的效果,把这些数值绘制成表格并且做成图形,总结出比率变动的共同特征和随时间变化的动态特征。最后总结出3次基准地价的变化特征及动态变化的趋势。On base of analysis on the characteristics of urban land classification and evaluation in Bayehot, the evaluating characteristics of base land value in Bayehot were summerized, the average of classification base land value, the average of grade base land value , the similar chain indexes of land value and similar rate indexes of land value at all levels were calculated. The common characteristics of the rate change and dynamic characteristic changing over time were summerized. Finally the trends of the change characteristic of the base land value and dynamic change were sumerized.
