摘　　要：全球发展电子商务是当今社会的必然趋势和必由之路,然而由于多种原因,我国电子商务发展落后于发达国家。本文分析和讨论我国电子商务发展的制约因素及其对策。It is an inevitable trend to make the same achievement in this field. However, for various reasons, Chinese electronic commerce is behind to developed countries. Tiffs paper analyses and discusses restrict factors and countermeasure of electronic commerce development in our country.
