摘　　要：知识管理环境下图书馆必然会发生各种变化,对其进行业务重组不失为一条好的应对措施。文章对知识管理环境下的图书馆业务重组模式进行了一定的探析。There are many changes in libraries under knowledge managing environment. It is a good idea of reforming the traditional business process and restructure a new process. The paper analyzes some inspirations based on some cases about library business process reengineering （BPR）.
