摘  要:目的研究竹节人参提取物对衰老模型小鼠的影响及抗衰老的作用机制。方法以D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠和自然衰老模型小鼠为实验对象,检测D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠心、肝组织中脂褐素(LF)及羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的含量、脑组织中单胺氧化酶(MAO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和一氧化氮(NO)的含量,以及自然衰老模型小鼠脑组织凋亡细胞数。结果竹节人参提取物可减少D-半乳糖小鼠肝脏及心肌组织中LF的含量,升高肝脏组织中Hyp的含量,并可提高脑组织中GSH-Px的活性,降低脑组织中NO的含量和MAO的活性;能明显减少自然衰老模型小鼠脑神经细胞凋亡数目。结论竹节人参提取物有显著的延缓衰老作用,其作用机理与抗氧化、抗自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。Objective Object To investigate the effects of Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer on aging by using D -galactose induced aging mice and natural aging mice. Methods By using D -galactose induced aging mice, to detect the LF content in heart and liver, the Hyp content in liver, the MAO,GSH - Px activities and the NO content in cerebrum. The apoptosis of cerebral cell was determined by terminal deoxy- nucleotidyl transforase-mediated dUTP-digoxigenin nick end -labeling(Tunel) in natural aging mice. Results Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer was shown to increase the GSH -Px activities, reduce the NO content and decrease the MAO activity in cere- brum. Meanwhile, Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer was found to reduce the LF content in liver and heart and raise the Hyp content in liver. Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer was shown to inhibit apoptosis of cerebral cell and decrease the number of apoptotic cells in the brain. Conclusion Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer possesses effect on antiaging. The action mechanism related to antioxidative activity and against free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation.
