摘  要:用混合酸酐法合成的BSA-DES免疫兔子,制备抗DES的特异性抗体,分别用混合酸酐法和碳二亚胺法合成的OVA-DES作为包被原检测抗体;用混合酸酐法合成的OVA-DES和碳二亚胺法合成的OVA-DES免疫小白鼠,制备抗DES的特异性抗体,分别用混合酸酐法合成的BSA-DES和碳二亚胺法合成的BSA-DES作为包被原检测抗体。检测结果表明:三种免疫原免疫动物,都产生了DES的特异性抗体,并建立了间接阻断ELISA法。这为残留DES酶免疫检测试剂盒的制备奠定了基础。To prepare the anti-DES antibody, rabbits were immunized with BSA-DES which was synthesized in mixed anhydride and isobutylchlorofomate, and OVA-DES which were synthesized respectively by mixed anhydride and Isobutylchorofomate and carbodiimide method were used coating antigens to identify antibody in ELISA; Mice were immunized by OVA-DES which respectively were synthesized by mixed anhydride and Isobutylchorofomate and carbodiimide method, and BSA-DES which were synthesized respectively by mixed anhydride and Isobutylchorofomate and carbodiimide method were coating antigens to identify antibody in ELISA; The results show that anti-DES polyclonal antibody were produced by rabbits and mice, and indirect inhibition ELISA method was established. It's very important to develop DES residual immunoassay reagent kit.
