摘　　要：从国际层面阐释了“和谐社会”的涵义,并就当前国际法的现状及发展趋势,集中分析了国际和谐在理论与现实层面能否实现、怎样实现国际社会的和谐问题。This paper explains the meaning of ＂harmonious society＂ at an international angle. It concentrates on the current situations and development trends of the present international law to analyse the possibility of international harmonization in theory and realistic field ,and how to realize it.
