抗烟草黑胫病菌的植物源杀菌剂的筛选研究

摘　　要：以烟草黑胫病菌为供试菌种,对7种植物的95%乙醇提取物进行离体生物测定筛选。结果表明,相对其它植物,中草药F和中草药H对烟草黑胫病菌有显著的抑菌活性。进一步毒力测定表明,中草药F和中草药H提取物对烟草黑胫病菌的3 d后的EC50值分别为1.53和0.79 g.L-1,5 d后的EC50值分别为1.32和0.59 g.L-1。In this paper, 95% alcohol extracts of seven medical herbs were bioassayed and screened against Phytophthora nicotiane vat. nicotianae. The results suggest that medical herb F and medical herb H existed significant antifungal activity. The EC50 values of medical herb F and medical herb H against Phytophthora nicotiane vat. nicotianae was 1.53 g·L^-1 and 0. 79 g·L^-1 respectively after 3 d,1.32 g·L^-1 and 0. 59g·L^-1 after 5 d through further toxicity tests. The results of antifungal screening suggest the two medical herbs need to he studied further.
