摘　　要：苏东剧变后,古巴在经济、政治和外交上都遇到了前所未有的困难。但古巴共产党没有被困难所吓倒,而是迎难而上,誓死捍卫社会主义的建设成果,积极探索适合本国特点的执政战略和策略,及时调整内外政策,加速进行改革和对外开放。使古巴的社会主义事业终于经受住了考验,走出了困境,并向更加健康的方向发展。Cuba has been confronted with unprecedented difficulties in economy, politics and diplomacy since the collapse of the former Soviet Union and East Europe occurred. Instead of being defeated by these difficulties, Cuban Communist Party grasped the nettle and defended the socialism fruits of construction to the last by exploring the ruling strategies and stratagems which were suitable to their own national situation, adjusting the policies inside and outside, accelerating the process of reforms and opening out. What the Cuban Communist Party did made Cuba stand the test and get out of the difficult situation and stride to a more healthy direction.
