双垫刃线虫属Bitylenchus 2个中国新记录种的描述

摘　　要：2002-2005年从山东省植物根际土壤线虫标本鉴定出双垫刃属线虫2个种，均为中国新记录种，分别为哥伦比亚双垫刃线虫Bitylenchus colombianus和普通双垫刃线虫B．valgaris。哥伦比亚双垫刃线虫B．colombianus的鉴别特征为：头区连续，头环3～4条，口针纤细；肠中具纤维束，后肠囊大，占尾腔的2／3左右；雌虫尾亚圆柱形，末端具规则环纹，尾端角质层5-8μm厚。普通双垫刃线虫B．valgaris的鉴别特征为：头区缢缩，头环5～7条；侧线4条，外侧两条锯齿状；后肠囊延伸至尾端；雌虫尾圆锥形，尾端光滑，尾环Ran=32～43条。Two new recorded species of Bitylenchus nematodes were found from roots of plants in Shandong Province during 2002-2005. They were Bitylenchus colombiamus and B. valgris. B. colombianus can be distinguished by the continuous lip region with three to four annules, the slender spear, intestine with fasciculi and a postanal sac extending for ahout two-thirds of tail length, filling most of tail cavity, the subcy- lindrical tail with a rounded, regularly striated tip, terminal cuticle 5-8μm thick. B. vulgaris had the characteristics of offset head marked by five to seven annules. There were four incisures in the lateral field. Outer incisures of the four ineisures were crenate and inner incisures were smooth. Postanal intestinal sac extended to tail terminal. Tail was conoid tapering to a smoothly rounded terminal. Ran=32-43.
