摘  要:用1mmol.L-1的SA处理对白粉病具有不同抗性的甜椒品种CN001,CN981,并测定甜椒叶片的几丁质酶、β-1,3葡聚糖酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶等的活性及过氧化氢含量等与抗病相关的生理指标,结果表明不同抗病性的甜椒品种对水杨酸的诱导表现出不同的反应。在水杨酸诱导条件下CN981和CN001的几丁质酶活性、β-1,3葡聚糖酶活性均有所增加,抗病品种CN981的增加幅度大于感病品种CN001;而过氧化氢酶活性,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性均有所降低,感病品种CN001的酶活性变化大于抗性品种CN981;两个品种在水杨酸诱导条件下,过氧化氢含量都有所增加,增加的幅度感病品种要大于抗病品种。试验结果表明,不同抗病性的甜椒品种对水杨酸诱导的生理反应,表现出了显著的差别。CN001, a sweet pepper cultivar, which show susceptible to powdery mildew, and CN981, another one,which show resistant to powdery mildew, were treated by 1mmol · L^-1 salicylic acid. The activities of chitinase ,β- 1,3 glucosanase , catalase and ascorbate peroxidase, as well as the content of H2O2 were measured. The results indicate that sweet pepper varieties with different resistance to powerdery mildew show different physiological reaction to treatment of Salicylic Acid. The Activities of Chitinase ,β- 1,3 glucosanase in CN001 and CN981 treated with 1mmol · L^-1 salicylic acid can be increased, and Chitinase and β- 1,3 Glucosanase in CN981 show higher activity than in CN001 . At the same time , The activities of catalase and ascorbate peroxidase were inhibited and the content of H2O2 were increased, but CN981 show lower activity of Catalase and Ascorbate Peroxidase and higher content of H2O2 than CN001.
