摘　　要：从市场环境、管理环境、法制环境3方面分析现阶段我国职业体育环境,论述我国职业足球俱乐部建立现代企业制度的必要性与意义;实现政企分开、推进联赛改革顺利进行、明晰产权关系是联赛的根本;现代企业制度能够起到调解作用,是实现俱乐部自主经营的必然选择,从而提高联赛运行效率。提出我国现行职业体育俱乐部的运行模式及类型,即行业自办式、体企联办式、剥离并购式、现代公司制等。建议改革职业联赛体制;实现联赛改革由足协推进为市场推动;明确所有权和产权是进行市场运营及体制改革的关键;俱乐部和联赛优化股权结构,推行股份多元化;充分保障投资人的利益。From the aspects of market, management and legal environment, this paper analyzes our professional sport environment at present stage,discusses the significance of constructing modern enterprise system. It is the basic for Chinese football league match to realize the separation of enterprise from administration ,promote the reform of league match smoothly ,and clearly establish the relation of ownership, Modern enterprise system can play the function of mediation and is the necessary selection to realize its own management decision in order to promote the running of league match more efficient. The running models and types are put forwarded including self-management of industry,joint management of sports and enterprises, stripping and acquisition,and modern company system. It suggests that it is the key for making market running and system reform to reform the system of professional football league match, realize the league reform driven from Chinese football association to market, clearly establish ownership and property rights. The clubs and league match should optimize the share structure, promote the diversification of stockholders and fully guarantee the right of investors.
