摘　　要：针对上海某企业电机转子装配生产线进行可重组改造的实际情况,在对网络环境下生产过程质量控制要求进行分析后,提出了适用于多品种批量生产的可重组制造模式下的质量保证系统。系统设计了从生产现场出发,按照ISO9000标准体系要求,利用网络技术并重点改造了影响产品质量的几个关键工位,建立面向可重组制造生产过程质量数据采集、分析及管理的过程质量控制系统,到最终确保质量的整体解决方案,有效实现了可重组状态下的质量保证系统。The paper puts forward the quality assurance system for reconfigurable manufacturing to fit the requirement of batch production with variable types, which is based on the analysis of the requirement of process quality control, according to the fact that a motor rotor enterprise rebuilds the assembly line. The system is a whole scheme for ensuring the quality, which is from the view of production site, according to the requirement of ISO9000, adopting internet technology. Some key working positions influencing the products quality are reformed, as well as the process quality control system, facing reconfigurable manufacturing data collection, analysis and management, is established. Finally the quality assuring system for reconfigurable is realized.
