消风止痒颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消风止痒颗粒对慢性荨麻疹的治疗作用。方法选择160例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为中药组和对照组,分别给予消风止痒颗粒和氯雷他定进行治疗。结果两组患者治疗后症状总积分、血清IgE水平有明显降低(P<0.01),且中药组症状总积分改善情况、显效率、总有效率、安全性指标、复发情况等均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论消风止痒颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好且无明显毒副作用。Objective urticaria. Method To control group and give X To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiaofengzhiyang Granules on chronic divide randomly 160 cases of chronic urticaria into the treatment group and iaofengzhiyang Granules and Loratadine respectively. Result The total symptom integrals, levels of serum IgE decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ） in two groups. The improvement of the total symptom integral, significant effective rate, total effective rate, security index and recurrent situation in the treatment group were all better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiaofengzhiyang Granules has a good curative effect on chronic urticaria without remarkable side effects.
