摘　　要：分析了天然维生素E和槲皮素对杜仲原油的抗氧化贮藏效果。结果表明,在分别进行的18个月和24个月的常温贮藏试验中,天然维生素E对陈种杜仲原油和新种杜仲原油都有较好的抗氧化效果,是杜仲原油的高效安全抗氧化剂。槲皮素对杜仲原油有更高的抗氧化活性,需研究解决其在杜仲油中的溶解度偏低的问题。贮藏过程中,杜仲原油的酸值受抗氧化剂的影响较小,受杜仲种子新鲜程度的影响较大。The antioxidantion storage effect of eucommia crude oil added natural vitamin E or quercetin was examined. The result showed that the natural vitamin E had good antioxidant activity to eucommia crude oil from fresh seeds and from old seeds throung storage of 18 months and 24 months separately in normal temperature. Natural vitamin E was a highly active and safe antiocidant to eucommia crude oil. Quercetin had better antioxidant activity to eucommia crude oil. The low solubility of quercetin in eucommia oil needs to be resolved. In storage, the influence of antioxcidant to acid value of eucommia crude oil was faintish and the influence of freshness degree of seeds was notable.
