摘 要:通过铬在原铬渣、消解铬渣和消解解毒铬渣中存在形态的研究,揭示了铬渣中的铬以水溶态、酸溶态、稳定态、结晶态和残余态等5种形态存在,其中稳定态、结晶态和残余态中的铬含量为1.4~1.5mg/kg渣,基本相等。在自然条件下,这3种形态的铬都比较稳定;而原铬渣与消解铬渣中水溶态与酸溶态的铬占总铬量的40%,这部分铬容易通过各种途径释放到环境中造成污染。研究还表明经蒸压消解的铬渣较大幅度地提高了水溶态6价铬的比例,同时增加了铬渣的体积稳定性,有利于6价铬的浸出回收和铬渣的湿法解毒及回收利用。Through studying the forms of chromium in chromic slag, steam digested chromic slag and steam digested detoxicated chromic slag, it was brought to light the five forms of chromium in chromic slag: water-soluble form, acid-soluble form, crystalline form, stable form and residual form. The contents of chromium in residual, crystalline and stable forms were generally equal and reached 1.4-1.5mg/kg slag. Under natural condition, chromium in these three forms was more stable, while in the water-soluble and acid-soluble forms in chromic slag and steam digested chromic slag was about 40% of total chromium content and was easily discharged by all means to cause environmental pollution. It was also found that steam digested chromic slag gained greater ratio of soluble Cr6+ and improved volumetric stability of chromic slag, which was good for the infusion recovery of Cr6+, the wet detoxication and chromium reuse.
