中药扶正配方在消化道肿瘤治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的：研究中药“扶正方”在消化道肿瘤治疗中对机体的免疫调节作用。方法：对荷瘤消化道肿瘤建模小鼠进行实验，并同时收集消化道肿瘤术后病人53例。通过服药测定IL-2、TNF和2～5寡腺苷酸合成酶（2-5AS）的活性，以了解治疗前后免疫功能变化。结果：IL-2，TNF，2-5AS的活性治疗前后差异有显著性意义。结论：中药扶正配方在消化道肿瘤的治疗中能提高机体的免疫机能。Objective：To investigate the regulating action of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng prescription in treating alimentary tract tumor （ATT）. Methods：Experimental researches were carried out on the mouse models with ATT. At the same time, 53 cases of ATT were treated by traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng prescription. The activity of IL-2, TNF and 2～50ligoadenylate synthetase were observed to know the variation of immune function before and after therapy. Resuits ：The difference of the activity of IL-2, TNF and 2 ～ 50ligoadenylate synthetase before and after therapy has a significant meaning. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng prescription in treating alimentary tract tumor ATT） can improve the immune function.
