抑郁伴焦虑症患者血浆中NGF水平的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过测定抑郁伴焦虑症患者血浆中NGF水平,探讨NGF在抑郁焦虑症中的作用。方法:应用NGF放射免疫分析,检测52名患者血浆和32名正常人血浆中的NGF含量。结果:正常组为(314.72±34.14)pg/ml,抑郁伴焦虑症患者血浆中NGF水平,轻度抑郁伴焦虑组为(365.23±47.48)pg/ml、中度抑郁伴焦虑组为(356.17±53.95)pg/ml及重度抑郁伴焦虑组为(362.70±42.52)pg/ml。正常对照组与3组患者血浆NGF水平相比均明显升高(P<0.001);3组患者间相比,相差不显著。结论:NGF参与了抑郁伴焦虑症的发病过程,反映出机体对神经组织的修复和保护的双重效应。这一指标也为该病的诊断和治疗提供了实验依据。为部队掌控训练方式和强度提供实验依据。Objective To investigate the role of nerve growth factor （NGF） in the development of depression associated with anxiety through measurement of plasma NGF levels in these patients. Methods Plasma NGF concentrations were determined with RIA in 52 patients with depression associated with anxiety and 32 controls. Results Plasma NGF levels in the controls were 314.72 ±34. 14pg/ml. Levels in the patient groups were： 365.23±47.48pg/ml in patients with mild disease, 356.17± 53.95pg/ml in patients moderate disease and 362.70 ±42.52pg/ml in patients with advanced disease. The levels in all these patients were significantly higher than those in controls （P 〈 0.01 ） with no much difference among the values of the three patients groups. Conclusion Increased plasma NGF levels in patients with depression associated with anxiety suggested presence of neuron repair process. Also, NGF might be taken as a marker for laboratory diagnosis of this mental status.
