摘 要:目的:探讨在不同年龄段由于各种原因对血清骨钙素水平的影响。方法:采用放射免疫分析(RIA)对306例健康人血清骨钙素(BGP)水平进行测定。结果:少年组与青年组、中年组、老年组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001),青年组与中年组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),青年组与老年组比较有明显差异(P<0.001),中年组与老年组比较有明显差异(P<0.001)。少年组、中年组男女之间比较无明显差异,青年组男女之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),老年组男、女比较有明显差异(P<0.001)。结论:血清骨钙素水平随年龄变化而变化。Objective To investigate tile changes of serum BGP levels in different age - groups. Methods Serum BGP levels were determined with RIA in 306 subjects of different age - groups. Results The serum BGP levels were highst in subjects of the pre - adolescent group ( age5 - 15, n = 60, vs other groups, all P 〈 0. 001 ). The serum levels in the youth group ( age 16 - 30, n = 90)were significandy higher than those in the middle age group ( age 31 -48, n = 86, P 〈0.05), but significantly lower than those in the old age group (age 〉 50, n = 80, P 〈 0. 001 ). Levels in the middle age group were the lowest and were significantly lower than those in the old age group (P 〈0.001 ). No sex related differences were observed in the pre -adolescent and middle age groups, but in the youth group, serum BGP levels were significantly higher in the males than those in the females (P 〈0.05). However, in the old age group, the reverse was true i. e. values being significantly higher in the females ( vs males, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Serum BGP levels varied greatly among the different age groups.
