摘 要:研究了以四氢糠醇(THFA)为原料,Pd/Al2O3为催化剂经气固相接触催化合成吡啶的反应。采用XPS、BET对催化剂进行了表征,气相色谱-质谱联用仪对反应产物进行了分析,确定了主要产物吡啶。考察了四氢糠醇流量、反应温度,氢气、氨气流量,Pd负载量对反应的影响。结果表明,负载量为5%的Pd/Al2O3经固定床反应器,反应温度为320℃,n(THFA):n(NH3):n(H2)=1:5:10时,可使吡啶的反应收率达到81.73%。Pyridine was prepared from tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol(THFA) with the catalyst of palladium supported on alumina. The Pd/Al2O3 catalyst was characterized by XPS and BET. The reaction products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and it shows that the main product is pyridine. The effects of reaction conditions, such as the flow-rate of THFA, reaction temperature, hydrogen introduction, ammonia flow rate and palladium loading on catalyst were studied. The experimental results show that the reaction yield of pyridine can reach 81.73% when Pd loading on catalyst is 5%, reaction temperature is 320℃ and n(THFA):n(NH3):n(H2)=1:5 :10.
