肺炎伴心衰患儿血清中内皮素及内源性洋地黄样因子水平变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肺炎和肺炎并发心力衰竭(肺炎心衰),患儿血清内皮素和内源性洋地黄样因子水平变化。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定患儿内皮素和内源性洋地黄样因子。结果肺炎及肺炎心衰患儿内皮素和内源性洋地黄样因子有明显改变。结论内皮素及内源性洋地黄样因子与肺循环、缺氧有关。Objective： To study the changes of ET and EDF in patients with pneumonia and complicated with heart failure. Methods ： Plasma levels of ET and EDF were cletected by radioimmunoassay respectively. Results： Significant changes of ET and EDF were found in patients with pneumonia and complicated with heart failure. Conclusion： The changes of ET and EDF are closely related to pulmonary circulation and hypoxia.
