摘　　要：总RNA的提取是分子生物学研究常用技术之一,本文简要介绍了TR Izol法改良后一种用于小鼠子宫内膜总RNA提取的方法,实验证明该方法重复性好、所获得的RNA纯度高、完整性好,表明该方法切实可行。It is frequently used to extract total RNA from animal tissues in modern molecular biology research. Now a method of total RNA isolation from endometrium in mice is improved on conventional （TRI） zol method. The results demonstrated that, the RNAs isolated with this method are in good integrity and purity. Comparing with the previous methods, it is practical, repeatable and worth to be used widely.
