三维彩色多普勒诊断10例双套生殖道一侧阻塞并同侧肾缺如

摘　　要：目的 探讨双套生殖道一例阻塞并同侧肾缺如的胚胎学、组织学原理，总结其三维彩色多普勒的声像特点。方法 使用GE公司V730D大型仪器，从2003年3月至今，先后诊断10例13～18岁月经初潮及初潮后痛经的少女，均初步超声诊断为双套生殖道一侧阻塞并同侧肾缺如。结果 10例患者3例在我院手术，3例患者在外院手术，3例未手术，1例并严重外阴畸形。已手术的6例患者，5例为双生殖道，一侧阻塞并同侧肾缺如，其中1例为阴道纵隔与闭塞的阴道相通．术后超声仍可见一侧闭塞的阴道少量积血。Objective： The embryology and histology principle of double genitalia of one side emphraxis and lacking the kidney ofthat side were studied. The video characteristics of 3D color Doppler were summarized consequently. Methods： All cases were diagnosed initially by using the equipmentV730D of GE company. The 10 cases from 2003, 3 to now were young girls of 13 - 18 years, menarche and dysmenorrhea from menarche. Results： 3 cases were operated in our hospital, 3 cases operated in other hospital, 3 case not operated, 1 case combined the serious vagina deformity. 5 cases in 6 operated patients were double genitalia of one side emphraxis and lacking the kidney of that side. The other 1 case was vagina mediastinum communicating with out - of - the - way vagina. 1 case can be found a litter accumulated blood in occlusive vagina by Uhrasonography after operation.
