摘　　要：目的对伟力计算机辅助精液分析系统的性能进行评估。方法选择20例临床精液标本,对仪器的重复性、准确性进行测定,同时与经典手工法进行对照,并进行统计学处理。结果仪器的重复性较好,准确性与手工法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论伟力计算机辅助精液分析系统的重复性及准确性较好,可以替代作为常规手工精液检查方法对男性生育能力进行评估。Objective： To evaluate of weili color semen analysis system. Methods： 20 cases semen samples were repeated analyzed, and compared with routine handworked method. Results： The system have well repetition, the result showed no significant difference with routine handworked method. Conclusion ： The computer analyses of semen have clinical significance in the diagnosis of infertile disease to substitute the routine handworked method.
