摘　　要：目的:探讨应用腹腔镜治疗早期胃癌及胃良性疾病的手术方法,评估其临床应用价值。方法:在腹壁选择适合的部位将4个穿刺套管置入腹腔。分别采用腹腔镜辅助、手助腹腔镜及全腹腔镜下行胃疾病手术治疗。结果:28例中,早期胃癌根治术23例,胃大部切除术5例,手术均获成功,无中转开腹。结论:早期胃癌及一些良性胃疾病用腹腔镜手术治疗安全可行且可靠。Objective：To evaluate laparoscopic operation in the treatment of early gastric cancer and benign gastric diseases. Methods：Four trocars were inserted at the appropriate site of the abdominal wall. Laparoscopically assisted, hand assisted and laparoscopic techniques were used in operations. Results：28 cases were performed laparoscopic gastrectomy successfully, including 23 cases of radical gastrectomy for gaotric cancer and 5 cases of subtotal gastrectomy. There was no conversion to open surgery. Conclusions： Laparoscopic operation is a safe and reliable method in treating early gastric cancer and some benign gastric diseases.
