摘　　要：手术安装门、肝、肠系膜静脉和股动脉慢性多血管瘘管,可以定量地研究各种营养物质和活性物质在动物体内的变化,比较全面的评价机体的代谢状况,对研究工作具有重要意义;在各种药物代谢研究上,也有重要应用价值。本文详细介绍了门、肝、肠系膜静脉和股动脉慢性多血管瘘管的手术安装方法。By surgical installation of chronic portal, hepatic, mesentcric vein and femoral artery multi-catheters, the variation of marry nutrients and bioactive substances in animal body can be investigated quantitatively and the metabolic status in body can be fully evaluated. It has significance in research work and also has important application value on pharmacokinetic study. The detailed installation method of chronic portal, hepatic, mesentefic vein and femoral artery multi-catheters was introduced in this paper.
