摘　　要：“人的发展”思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是贯穿于其所有思想的一条红线。他以马克思主义人的全面发展理论为指导,坚持从现实的人出发,强调人的发展必须有物质基础、制度保证、精神诉求及其实现的途径等多方面的要求,形成了具有中国特色的“人的发展”理论,并始终把推动、促进人的全面发展作为他和中国共产党追求的最终目标。The thought of human development is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory, which is a major rod line passing through all thoughts. Deng Xiaoping took the Marxist theory of man＇s all-round development as the instruction, started from the realistic human beings, emphasized that human development must have the material base; the system guarantee, the spiritual demand and its realization ways and so on, which has formed the theory of human development with Chinese characteristics and laid down the Party＇s ultimate objective for propelling the development of human beings.
