氧化沟法治理酿造曲酒废水工程实例

摘　　要：设计规模8000M3/d,水温20～30℃。设计参数:PH进水7.8～8.5,出水6～9,CODcr(mg/l)进水800,出水150。BOD5(mg/l)进水400出水60S,S(mg/l)进水300出水150。采用两条单沟式氧化沟,每条长95M,宽15M,有效容积10000M3,停留时间30h,污泥负荷为0.11kgBOD5/kg活性污泥,实际处理后水质达到GB8978-1996一级排放标准。The design scope is 8000M^3/d, the temperature of water is 20-30℃. The design parameters are： inflow water is 7.8-8.5, the outflow water is 6-9; the COD （mg/l）inflow water is 800, the outflow water is 150;the BOD5（mg/l）inflnw water is 400, the outflow water is 60; the SS（mg/l） inflow water is 300, the outflow water is 150.The processing used two oxidation ditches, the length of each ditch is 95m, and the width is 15m, the effective volume is 10000m^3, the stay time is 30h, the load of polluted mud is 0.11 kg BOD5/kg active polluted mud, after practical processing, the water quality accords with the first class of GB8978-1996 drainage standard.
