摘　　要：过硫酸钾消解-钼锑抗分光光度法测定水和废水中的总磷,当水样含磷量超过校准曲线范围时,采用校准曲线扩展法和显色后稀释法测定,结果与水样稀释法测定无显著性差异。K2S2O8 digestion- molybdenum blue colorimetry is a normal method for analysis of phosphorus in waste water. When the phosphorus concentration in the water is too high and out of the calibration curve, a new diluted sample was required to fit the scale. It is＇extremely inconvenient to dilute the water and do all analysis again. Colorimeric solution dilution method and extending calibration curve method were tested in this study. The results showed that these methods are accurate, simple, operative and no obvious deviation with sample dilution.
