摘　　要：目的；观察人工股骨头置换治疗老年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：采用人工股骨头置换治疗老年不稳定性股骨粗隆问骨折22例。结果：随访6～18个月，未出现假体抬动、下沉及关节疼痛等。优11例，良8例，中3例。优良率为83．36％。结论：人工股骨头置换是治疗老年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折一种较好的方法。Objective ： To evaluate results of prosthetic intertrochanteric fractures in elderly cases of prosthetic repl e elderly. Methods： A acement for unstable replacement for the management of unstable retrospective analysis of 22 consecutive the intertrochanteric fractures was conducted. twenty two cases had an age of ranged 74-92 years. Eight of 22 cases were male, 14 of 32 cases female. Type ⅢA of the fracture by Evans classification was in 10 cases, ⅢB in 8 cases, Ⅳ in 4 cases. Results：Followed up period ranged from 6 months to 18 months in 21 cases. None died in operation, the period of hospitalization was 10 to 21 days（averagely 14 days）. 19 of 22 cases had a satisfactory results. Conclusion：Prosthetic replacement for the management of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly is desirable.
