摘 要:目的 建立毛细管气相色谱法测定复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中薄荷脑和樟脑的含量。方法 采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX(0.53mm×30m,1μm)弹性石英毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温法,检测器温度为250℃,载气为N2,流速为5ml/min,进样口温度为200℃。结果 薄荷脑和樟脑的回归方程分别为:Y=1.228 6X-0.002 214(r=0.999 9),Y=1.250 4X-0.002 929(r=0.999 9);线性范围分别为16.72-117、04μg·ml^-1,17、52-122.64μg·ml^-1,回收率分别为:101、5%,101.1%,RSD分别为0.40%、0.66%(n=10)。结论 本法简便,快速,准确,可靠,适用于复方薄荷脑滴鼻液的质量控制。Aim A capillary GC method was developed for determination of menthol and camphor in compound menthol nasal drops.Methods Method of capillary gas chromatography was used. The column was lip- INNOWAX(0.53ram×30m, 1μm), The program temperature was used. The FID temperature was 250℃, The carrier gas was nitrogen whose flow rate was 5ml/min. The injecting port temperature was 200℃. Results The regression equation of menthol and camphorwas Y = 1. 228 6X - 0. 002 214 ( r = 0. 999 9), Y = 1. 250 4X - 0. 002 929 ( r = 0. 999 9), respectively. The linearrange was 16.72 - 117.04μg·ml^-1, 17.52 - 122.6μg·ml^-1 respectively. The recovery was 101.5 %, 101.1%, RSD 0.40% ,0.66%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, It can be used for quality control of compound menthol nasal drops.
