摘  要:目的 应用膜杂交多重检测技术进行人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型诊断,以了解HPV亚型的感染状况。方法采用膜杂交多重检测技术对深圳地区不同年龄段就诊妇女4419例进行23种HPV基因亚型检测。结果4419例标本共检出HPV亚型感染阳性者897例,阳性率为20.3%;其中高危型感染649例,低危型感染183例,混合感染65例,分别占总阳性的72.4%,20.4%和7.2%。不同年龄组的HPV亚型感染检出率差异明显,〈20岁,20~35岁,36~50岁和〉50岁年龄组的HPV亚型感染阳性率分别为2.3%,70.1%,22.0%,5.6%;各年龄组低危型和高危型感染阳性率分别为0.9%和1.4%,17、0%和53.1%,5、3%和16、7%,0和5.6%。结论膜杂交多重检测技术在HPV感染基因分型中的应用具有高度特异性、敏感性,可为临床HPV感染诊断和宫颈癌的监测及预防提供可靠的实验依据。Objective Using multiplex membrane hybridization technique to make HPV genotyping and to find out the theoretic base for preventing cervix carcinoma. Methods 4 419 women were examined by multiplex membrane hybridization technique for 23 HPV genotyping in different age groups in Shenzhen. Results 897 of 4419 women were infected with HPV and the rate of infection was 20.3% , including 649 cases were infected with high-risk genotype, 183 cases with low - risk gentype and 65 cases with mix infection. It showed significant difference between the infected rate in four age groups( 〈20 years old,20 -35 years old, 36 -50 years old, 〉50years old ) ,their infected rates were 2.3% ,70.1% ,22% and 5.6% and their high risk subgroup rates and low risk subgroup rates were separately 0.9% and 1.4%, 17% and 53.1% ,5.3% and 16.7% ,0 and 5.6%. Conclusion The multiplex membrane hybridization technique is a high specificity and high sensitivity method for HPV genotyping. It is very important in the occurring, recurring and preventing of cervix carcinoma.
