摘　　要：目的探讨睾丸微小结石症(TM)声像图表现及男性阴囊疾病的相关性。方法应用高频超声对阴囊不适或疼痛450例患者检查睾丸附睾,同时确定有无TM及其他阴囊内疾病,并与临床资料进行回顾分析。结果450例中发现TM 55例,其具有特征性的超声表现,为双侧或单侧睾丸实质内≤2 mm散在的、无声影的强光点,分为部分型(46例)与完全型(9例)。结论睾丸微小结石对阴囊不适或疼痛患者属于常见、多发病,提高对部分型的认识可显著提高本病的检出率。定期超声检查有助于客观评价TM的转归。Objective To analyze the relationship between the ultrasonographic findings of testicular microlithiasis （ TM ） and scrotal disease . Methods The testis and epididymis of the 450 patients with scrotal uncomfortable or ache were diagnosed with high frequency ultrasound in order to determine whether there was TM or other disease . The ultrasound results of the scrotum and clinical data were analysis retrospectively. Results 55 patients with TM were found. The characteristic ultrasound graphs of TM were ≤ 2 mm sporadic and without sonography light spots in bilateral or unilateral testis . It could be divided as complete type （ 46 cases ） and incomplete type （ 9 cases ） . Conclusion TM is common seen in the patients with scrotal uncomfortable or ache , to pay more attention to the incomplete type can enhance the detectable rate. Regular ultrasound examination can help to predict the prognosis objectively.
