摘 要:在GC杯型砂轮修整金刚石砂轮修整机理以及实验的基础上,建立了GC粒度与碟形金刚石砂轮修整效率间的关系模型,通过模型的分析表明:不同粒度和浓度的金刚石砂轮应采用相应粒度的GC杯型砂轮来修整,浓度越低、粒度越小时应采用的GC颗粒越大,反之则越小。为检验模型的可靠性作了两个验证性实验,实验结果表明:该模型具有较强的实用性;100#粒度、100%浓度,200#粒度、100%浓度的树脂结合剂碟型金刚石砂轮分别采用60#和100#粒度的GC杯型砂轮修整时效率最高。最后,在模型及实验基础上分析了GC粒度与常用金刚石砂轮修整效率间的关系,并对模型的应用进行了推广。Base on the principle of dressing diamond grinding wheel with GC cup wheel and the experiments, a model of the relationship between GC granularity and dressing efficiency of dish diamond grinding wheel is established. Through the study of the model, it reveals that: diamond grinding wheel with different granularity and density should dress with GC cup wheel with different GC granularity, when the density is lower and the granularity is smaller, the GC granularity should be bigger, otherwise, it should be smaller. In order to insure the reliability of the model, two experiments are carried out, the results as follow: the model is very practical, when the grantdarity and density of the diamond grinding wheel are 100^# and 100%, in order to improve dressing efficiency, it should be dressed with GC cup wheel which the granularity is 60^#, and when the granularity and density are 200 ^# and 100%, the granularity of the GC cup should be 100^#. At last, base on the model and the experiments, the relationship between GC granularity and the dressing efficiency of diamond grinding wheel in common use are analyzed, and the application of the model is extended.
