摘 要:提出一种新型的基于无线通信的高压断路器温度在线监测系统的设计。利用先进的温度传感器DS18B20采集现场的实时温度。通过无线方式和有线传输相结合,将数据上传到主机进行处理,当温度异常时实现报警处理。在无线传输中,采用数据中继方式实现数据信号增强,并用统计法动态配置中继子站,优化了通信网络。重点介绍了该系统的软硬件在无线通信方面的设计与抗干扰措施。经过实际运行检验,系统运行稳定可靠,收到了良好效果。This paper presents a new design scheme of temperature on-line monitoring system of high voltage circuit breaker based on wireless communication. The advanced temperature sensor (DS18B20) is adopted to sample real-time data. The data are then sent to remote terminals combing wireless transmission with wired one and the monitoring software gives alert signal when temperature is abnormal. The wireless transmission uses data relaying to enhance the signal and dynamically set relay substation by statistical method, optimizing the communication network. The design of the hardware and software on wireless communication and anti-interference techniques are described in detail. The equipment has been practically applied with good effect.
