摘 要:【目的】探讨尿中γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)的检测在肾病中的意义。【方法】用连续监测法在AU-640全自动生化分析仪测定正常对照组、肝胆疾病组、肾小球肾炎组及尿路感染组患者尿中的GGT活性。【结果】正常对照组尿液GGT活性高于血液,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。肝胆疾病组血清GGT升高而尿液此酶与对照组相比无差异(P>0.05)。肾小球肾炎组尿GGT活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),也明显高于尿路感染组,而血清中GGT值与对照组无差异(P>0.05)。尿路感染组血、尿GGT,与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肾小球肾炎组阳性数为47例,阳性率为90.4%,尿路感染组阳性数为2例,阳性率为3.6%。肾小肾炎组阳性率明显高于尿路感染组。【结论】测定尿液中GGT的活性有利于肾病和尿路感染的鉴别。[Objective]To explore the significance of measuring urine γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT) in the cases with nephrosis. [Methods]The activity of urine γ-GGT in control group, in the groups of hepato-biliary diseases, glomerulonephritis and urinary tract infection was detected with fully automatic biochemistry analyzer. [Results]The activity of urine γ-GGT in control group was higher than that in blood with significant difference( P〈0.01) ; GGT increased in serum, but there was no difference of urinary GGT between hepatobiliary group and control group( P 〉0.05). The activity of urine GGT in glomerulonephritis was obviously higher than that in control group( P 〈0. 01) and in urinary tract infection group, There was no difference in the levels of serum GGT between glomerulonephritis and control group( P 〉0.05). There was no statistic difference in the comparison of GGT in urine with that in blood. There were 47 eases(90.4 % ) of nephritis and 2 cases(3.6 %) of urinary tract infection with positive urine GGT, The positive rate of urine GGT in nephritis group was significantly higher than that in urinary tract infection group. [Conclusion]Measurement of the urinary activity of γ-GGT is beneficial for differentiating nephrosis from urinary tract infection.
