舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于胆总管探查术麻醉的比较

摘　　要：【目的】评价芬太尼、舒芬太尼应用于胆总管探查术的麻醉效应及对术后恢复的影响。【方法】40例胆总管探查术的患者,随机为舒芬太尼组(SF组,n=20)和芬太尼组(F组,n=20)。观察并记录麻醉诱导、术中、术后病人的血液动力学指标,术后病人气管拔管时间,与两者相关的不良反应。【结果】诱导期间F组HR减慢发生率高于SF组(P<0.05),围术期SF组血液动力学较F组稳定。术后气管拔管时间两组无明显区别。【结论】舒芬太尼用于胆总管探查术的麻醉循环较稳定,麻醉恢复迅速平稳。[Objective]To compare the anesthetic effects of sufentanil and fentanil during pulmonary lobectomy. [Methods]Forty patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy were randomly divided into two groups： sulfentanil （group SF） and fentanil （group F）. The changes of BP,HR and SpO2 were observed during anesthesia. The extubation time was recorded. [Results]The occurrence of bradycardia was significantly higher in group F than that in group SF. The hemodynamics of group SF was stabler than that of group F. There was no significant difference in the extubation time between two groups. [Conclusion]Sufentanil aneasthesia was safe and effective for patient undergoing pulmonary lobectomy.
