PPH与传统痔切除术临床疗效对比

摘　　要：为比较吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）与传统痔切除术（Milligan—Morgan）治疗脱垂性内痔、混合痔的临床疗效，将200例脱垂性内痔、混合痔患者随机分为PPH组和Milligan—Morgan组，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间等指标。结果显示，PPH组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间等方面与Milligan—Morgan组比较差异具有统计学意义。结果表明，PPH在治疗脱垂性内痔、混合痔方面优于传统痔切除术。Two hundreds patients with prolapsed internal ＆ mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups,and respectively treated with PPH （group A） and with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy（group B）so as to compared the therapeutic effects of both procedures ;And the operational period of time,operational bleeding, post-operational pain, hospitalization days, etc. were compared between the two groups. Results showed that the indexes of operational period of time,operational bleeding,post-operational pain,hospitalization days,etc, between the two groups were of statistical significance. It is concluded that PPH is better in the surgical treatment of prolapsed internal ＆mixed hemorrhoids than the conventional procedure.
