PPH与痔核切除术治疗严重脱垂性痔的比较

摘　　要：为提高脱垂痔的疗效，将吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）与痔核切除术（MM）治疗严重脱垂痔的疗效进行观察比较。PPH组与MM组各100例，结果显示，PPH组在平均手术时间、平均痛感评分、平均住院时间、恢复工作天数、止痛剂使用例数等方面均优于MM组。One hundred patients with severe prolapsed hemorrhoids underwent PPH and another 100 cases with the same hemorrhoids underwent hemorrhoideetomy, the therapeutic effects of which were evaluated. Results showed that the therapeutic effect of PPH is better in terms of average operative duration of time,visual analogue scale of pain, average hospitalization days, postoperative work resumption days, eases taking analgeties, etc.
