药纸在肛门直肠开放性创口中的临床应用和实验研究

摘　　要：为了减少肛肠病术后及预防并发症的发生，根据创口早期的病理生理特点，设计了药纸置于刨面表面，有效地预防术后疼痛及尿潴留的发生。动物实验及临床应用证明，该药纸可有效地预防感染；治疗组较对照组疼痛减轻，尿潴留发生率明显降低。Based on the early patho-physiological feature of wound,a charta was designed and manufactured for the prevention of complications after surgical treatment of anorectal diseases. Animal experiments showed that the charta could effectively prevent infection, and clinical experiments also showed that it could relieve pain and reduce urine retention.
