摘 要:传统的机械控制双燃料发动机难以满足低碳烟排放,低油耗的要求,本文将模糊控制算法应用于LPG流量的控制,以CA6110柴油机为改装实验对象,设计了以87C552单片机为核心的一套模糊智能控制系统,应用于改装后的柴油/LPG双燃料发动机。模糊控制系统以发动机转速和油门拉杆位置为输入量,LPG流量为控制量,控制规则设计离线进行,形成的控制量制成控制决策表输入单片机实现对LPG流量的智能控制。台架实验表明:本文设计的电控喷射系统可使发动机的碳烟排放大幅降低,在保持原机的动力性不变的情况下,使其燃油消耗有所下降,并具有较好的自适应性和鲁棒性。According to the requirement of Diesel/LPG dual -fuel engine system, an aptitude electronic control system ( PHILIPS 87C552 chip) was designed for CA6110 engine. In order to decrease the exhaust emissions of PM, CO, HC etc and keep the power of engine, the LPG flux was controlled by fuzzy logical control system according to the various work condition of an engine. Using Fuzzy logical control algorithm, taking the amount of fuel delivery and rotation speed of engines as input data, LPG flux as output data, the Fuzzy logical control rules were established according to the limited test data and description of experts. All the control rules were determined off- line and rules table was written in EPROM. Test indicated that this intelligent control system can reduce soot significantly, and it has superior robustness and adaptive ability.
