摘 要:以4种胶孢炭疽菌的分生孢子为免疫原免疫家兔制备抗血清,采用琼脂双扩散和对流免疫电泳的方法对不同来源的20株炭疽菌进行了免疫学对比研究。结果表明:4种抗血清可分别与15个同种胶孢炭疽菌抗原中的大多数发生阳性反应,而只能与少部分不同种炭疽菌的抗原发生阳性反应。这说明同种的胶孢炭疽菌不同菌株间的亲缘关系较近,而不同种的炭疽菌间的亲缘关系较远。Polyelonal antisera were prepared in rabbits against 4 kinds of conidium of C. gloeosporioides strains. Immunological studies of 20 C. spp. strains from different places and hosts were reported by diphasic immunodiffusion and countercurrent immunoelectrophoresis methods. The results indicated that 4 antisera reacted positively with the majority of 15 C. gloeosporioides strains respectively, but only reacted positively with the minority of different species of Colletotrichum strains. It showed that the distinct strains of C. gloeosporioides had a closer relationship, whereas different species of Colletotrichum shared a distant relationship.
