小麦不同品种抗蠕孢菌叶枯病的动态变化

摘　　要：对克93-756、辽春13和沈免85等8个小麦品种在苗期与抽穗期受小麦蠕孢菌叶枯病菌[Bipolaris sorokiniana(Sacc.)Shoemaker]侵染后的潜育期、病斑大小和病斑单位面积产孢量等进行研究,结果表明,在P=0.01水平下,不同小麦品种之间受小麦蠕孢菌叶枯病菌[Bipolaris sorokiniana(Sacc.)Shoemaker]侵染后的潜育期、病斑大小和病斑单位面积产孢量都表现极显著差异;苗期与抽穗期之间的病斑长度和病斑单位面积的产孢量也都表现极显著差异,而病斑宽度和潜育期没有明显差异。Eight wheat genotypes were tested in their resistances to Helminthosporium leaf blight （HLB） coursed by Bipolaris sorokiniana （Sacc.） Shoemaker. The analysis of variance revealed there was an extremely significant effect of inoculation period on the size of lesion and number of spores/mm^2 in disease leaf area of 8 wheat genotypes, and there was an extremely significant effect of the length of lesion and the number of spores/mm^2 in disease leaf area in the period of seedling and heading.
